Energy sharing market platform
Client: Distribution network operator
Design and delivery of a platform enabling energy sharing.
The challenge
New European policies are evolving fast and the energy sharing contracts needed to be supported by the network operators.
The outcome
Stakeholders management with politics, regulators, internal parties and experts. New organisation was trained and put in place in order to manage the new energy sharing service. A modular platform now supports contract life cycle and shared volumes calculation. The federal systems (Atrias/MIG) were also impacted and a clear federal vision was discussed.
