Data Analyst – Energy

Line Corner Consulting supports key players in the energy transition in delivering strategic, business and digital projects.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with an interest in the energy sector to strengthen our team and support our clients in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Your role

As a Data Analyst, you work closely with business, IT and data teams to collect, analyse and interpret data, helping our clients make informed decisions and improve their operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyse and interpret complex datasets.
  • Build reports, dashboards and data visualisations to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends, patterns and opportunities within the data.
  • Monitor and improve data quality and consistency.
  • Translate business needs into relevant data analyses and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers and other technical teams.
  • Contribute to data-driven projects related to energy consumption, metering, smart meters and energy networks.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT, engineering, economics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  • Experience with data visualisation and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar data analysis tools is an asset.
  • Experience in consulting or within a large organisation is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector, metering or energy data is a real plus.
  • Autonomous, proactive and comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in French and professional English. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
